Day 107: Downpour

I am in downtown Chicago for the day and I was caught in an absolute torrential downpour when trying to get back to my hotel.  I was with a coworker and we were stuck underneath an awning a few blocks away from our hotel.  So today, for my act of kindness, I told my coworker to wait under the awning and I ran across the street to a convenient store and bought an umbrella for the two of us.  We still got fairly soaked walking back with the umbrella but at least it made it possible. At least it is better than snow! Come on Spring!
