So, I'm sure just like everyone else, I've had some great bosses and some not so great ones. Depending on what type of boss you get can make or break a job, or a career for that matter. Today, for my act I took a few minutes and wrote a letter to a former boss of mine who I really thought was great. During my time working for him I probably didn't let him know how much I enjoyed/appreciated his leadership. I hope this letter can express that.
